Shipping policy

Delivery Coverage & Processing Time

We strive to ship all orders within 48 working hours of receiving them. Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 2–10 days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore): 3–5 days
  • Other locations: Delivery timelines may vary based on accessibility, courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking & Delivery Support

If your order has not been delivered within 10 days of dispatch, please reach out to us at: connect@clenoir.in and +91 63644 00681. We will assist you promptly.

Serviceable & Non-Serviceable Pin Codes

Our system checks delivery availability for your Pin Code at the time of placing the order.

If your Pin Code becomes unserviceable after order placement, your order will be cancelled and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 48 hours.

Shipping Fees

A standard shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all orders.

Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking or tampered product
  • A product different from what you ordered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the above email/phone. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete guidelines.

Order & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your full address and Pin Code are accurate at checkout. Once an order is placed:

  • Address changes are not possible
  • Orders cannot be modified

Each order can be shipped to one address only.

Order Cancellation by Clenoir

In exceptional cases, we may cancel an order due to:

  • Non-serviceable delivery areas
  • Operational constraints
  • Product unavailability

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, our team will reach out to help coordinate re-delivery wherever possible.
